We are set up as a network organization and feel like being part of a large organization, without having the disadvantages.We prefer to work with very experienced people, with a proven track record, and with clear added value to our clients. We also made a clear choice not to work with juniors, because we believe it is not fair that our clients should pay for a learning curve.
