Logica mandated Ehrhardt Leus & Associates to sell a significant part of it’s Dutch Human Resources / Payroll software and services. Centric IT Solutions BV acquired the activities.
Logica decided to carve-out the HRM / Payroll activities related to the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME’s) and local government, due to a limited match of these activities with the strategic direction of Logica. The divested activities offered Centric the opportunity to further expand their position and reach in HR / Payroll services.
Ehrhardt Leus & Associates worked closely together with Logica to prepare the carve-out and clearly define the components to be sold. Ehrhardt Leus was responsible for the entire process, from preparing all documentation to the final negotiations.
