Acquisition by Total Specific Solutions (TSS) of TASS Software Professionals, a subsidiary of Royal Philips N.V. Ehrhardt Leus & Associates advised Royal Philips N.V. in this transaction.
TSS purchased 100% of the shares of TASS, a subsidiary of Royal Philips NV. TASS Software Professionals is specialized in the secondment of technical (embedded) software engineers. For more than 28 years TASS has been developing technical software in electronic products, in medical equipment, in communication equipment and for industrial automation. Its approximately 250 highly skilled professionals in the Netherlands and Belgium are active in the areas Hardware/Software Interfacing, Integration & Testing and Remote Services. TASS offers its expertise as project or as flexible staffing.
Current status
TASS has diversified its customer base, and significantly increased its profitability.
