Ehrhardt Leus & Associates was mandated by TDS Informations-technologie AG (TDS) to sell its two Dutch entities. Centric NV, a leading Dutch IT services company, acquired the Dutch TDS entities and integrated these in their service portfolio.
TDS Informations-technologie AG offers IT consulting, application hosting and HR services to mid-size enterprises and major corporations throughout Europe. TDS’s industry-specific knowledge and its skills in ERP software and SAP applications provide the basis for highly innovative solutions. TDS’s outsourcing services complement and enhance the company’s consulting portfolio: Many customers choose to run their IT systems from a TDS data center, benefiting both from TDS’s expertise and from its secure, cutting-edge infrastructure. The Dutch entities were focused on SAP application management and hosting. TDS decided to sell the Dutch entities as a result of a change in strategy and focus on German speaking countries.
